These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Froddy service ("Service") operated by Froddy (ИП Фрoдди) ("we", "us").
Froddy is a pre-payout control layer for automated financial operations. The Service analyzes transaction events against configurable rules and returns verdicts. The Service is provided as-is for informational and analytical purposes.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
API access is subject to rate limits defined by your subscription plan. You must not share API keys with unauthorized third parties. We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect abusive usage patterns.
Transaction data submitted via the API is processed for the sole purpose of providing risk analysis. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle personal data.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
The Service provides analytical tools and does not guarantee the prevention of fraud or financial losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@froddy.io.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved at the location of the Service Provider in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction and venue rules established by the laws of the Russian Federation.
